1. Return Eligibility
At Lakshmi Tex, customer satisfaction is important to us. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

All return requests must be submitted with clear photos of the product and the order details.
2. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

Used, washed, altered, or worn products

Products without original tags or packaging

Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return request, please contact us through the contact details provided below within 7 days of delivery.
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or another suitable payment method determined by Lakshmi Tex.
5. Exchange Policy
Eligible products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered may be exchanged based on product availability.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
7. Refund Processing Time
After approval, refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your bank account, card, UPI account, or original payment method, depending on your payment provider.
